1) Support / Support to Application issues and bugs reported in ECC ERP Application
2) Change Requests / Enhancements
3) Problem Management – Support Specialist – Onshore SME- SD and LE process Area – Application Support- L2 and L3 ticket resolution on daily basis – Gain knowledge in Business Processes with respect to Pharma – Follow the quality process – Coordination with Customer Business and Application Owners – Coordination with Offshore team
Skills: – Konzeption, Customizing SAP SD – KO-Kriterium – SAP SD, LE – sehr erfahren – Application Management Services, Support – sehr erfahren
“• Candidate should have primary skill set of SD module
• Should have worked on Rebate Process, Returns, Credit Memo, Debit Memo
• Should have worked on Special Process “Consignment, Stock Transport Order”
• Should have knowledge on EDI & IDOC
• Should have hands-on experience on of Sales Process and knowing : SD Sales, Billing , Pricing, Credit Management
• Should have experience in Output LE
• Should have been active knowledge WM
• Should have worked on shipping, shipment and transportation module
• Should have good exposure/knowledge about Handling Unit Management, Serial Number and Batch Management, shipment cost process
• Should have worked on Packaging Module “ – Englisch – KO-Kriterium – Deutsch – nice to have
