Beschreibung
We are looking for a IS Workforce Manager who will work on Project with our Client in Krakow on following:
- Ensures required global IS Build capacity and capability are matching global IS projects and IS Build demand,
- Ensure all projects and build activities are staffed with professionals in time at the right place and with needed skill,
Key challenge:
- Large Project and Build portfolio, with resource capacity constraints ,
- Volatile planning environment,
- Working with geographically and culturally dispersed Relations
- Interactions with a complex set of Stakeholders
- Implementing a new organizational capability in a large scope change environment
Experience required:
- above 5 years of project management experience
- above 5 years workforce management experience
- Experience in working in virtual Teams
- At least IS Project Management level 1 certification
- Vendor Management experience
- Knowledge of HR processes (talent management, acquisition, development, performance, appraisal, leadership development, etc.)
- Training and competency development experience
- Portfolio Planning knowledge
- Ability to manage relationships
- Very good Influencing, negotiation and communication skills
