Dauer: 6 Monate + Option
Auslastung: 100 %
Sprache: Deutsch, Englisch und gern Französisch
Bemerkung: Reisen nach Südfrankreich sind erforderlich
Cutover Manager (m/w)
Aufgabe:
- Internationaler Rollout der momentan in Frankreich folgende Projekte.
- Wechsel vom alten EHP 7 und diverser Fremdsysteme (Selligent, Axapta..) auf das neue
EHP 7
- Einführung MDG 7 (zunächst nur Materialstamm)
- Einführung eines neuen Tools zur Datenmigration (BOA DSMA)
- Einführung und Anbindung einer neuen Field Service Management Software (IFS FSM)
Anforderung:
What you can look forward to:
•Planning, managing, and execution of detailed cutover plans for national and international rollouts in SAP and non-SAP projects
•Coordination of business and technical activities required to enable the final Production go-live
•Continuous development and improvement of company specific cutover procedures
•Documentation of these efforts and concepts complying with the company standards
•Manage the cutover and milestones
•Interacting with senior management and managing effective communications with business leadership
•Managing multiple stakeholders, coordinating across international teams and functional areas
What you bring to our company:
•A degree in business informatics or an equivalent qualification
•A minimum of 5 years of experience working in global SAP implementation and rollout projects
•A minimum of 3 Years of experience as a cutover manager for ERP
•Formal education as a project manager and professional experience in managing projects
•Strong experience of working on major change transformations / programs
•Good knowledge of SAP Solution Manager and SAP Change Management
•Good knowledge of general SAP R/3 architecture and processes
•Strong ability to manage risks and develop strategies to mitigate risks
•Stress resistance in a high paced environment
•ITIL knowledge/certification is desirable
•Team spirit, good social skills and a strong sense of responsibility
•Independent and structured way of working
•Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
•Very good written and spoken English skills are mandatory, German language skills desirable
•Intercultural competencies and high willingness to international team work
•Willingness to travel (20%)
