- Spokesperson to management of the customer operations management team 2. Spokesperson to operators of the customer operations team
- Real experience, expertise and knowledge of running one of the above (target) systems in operations
- Should tell the customer how you should run those systems
- Should tell the customer what are the operations processes that should be in place for those (target) systems
- Leader/should guide the customer and tell the customer where the risks and pitfalls normally are when running those systems / environments
Skills:
- Expertise and experience in operating SAP
- Expertise and experience as Solution Architect
