Overview:• Experience of at least two E2E life-cycle implementations in BW environment
• Experience of SAP-BW Support Project & upgrade project.
• Must to have knowledge of SAP-ABAP
• Proficient in development of Bex Queries/ WAD, Data Modeling, Reporting & Extraction concepts.
• Exposure to IP, BO concepts preferred.
• Result oriented & proficient in liaison between on-shore and off-shore teams.
Tasks
• Design of new BI objects or enhancement of existing Data-model.
• Enhance the data source using BADI functionality in ECC and building the design flow in BI system.
• Designed and Customized InfoObjects, InfoSources, Created transfer structures, transfer rules, update rules, DTP, and Transformations, Routines for DSO, InfoCubes, hierarchies.
• Extractions: LO, FI, Master data extraction, Generic Extraction, Delta management, Data Source enhancement.
• Experience in Report Generation as per user requirements using BEx using Calculated Key Figure, Restricted Key Figure and Used Variables with User Entry/Default Value, Replacement Path and Customer Exit.
• Generating the flow at BW incorporating the functional logic at start routine and field routine level and developing the report with user exits to get the desired output.
• Experience at facilitating Requirements Gathering, Data Modelling, Developing, Performance Tuning and Building Analytical Reports.
• Created different type of variable for user input and also the developed the user exit code for meeting desired functionality in a report.
• Having knowledge of advanced features e.g. APD & Open Hub.
• Provide help to develop technical specifications using the functional specifications document.
