Task:- support of global business processes by operating SAP modules of all SAP applications
- operation of agreed services:
- Incident Management (2nd Level)
- Problem Management (2nd Level)
- Demand Management (operation --> change request with max. effort 3 days and without specification)
- monitoring of alerts and initiating preventive actions resulting from monitoring
- consulting of the user department (how-to-questions)
- initiating change request to optimize operation processes
- manage external suppliers
- support internal rollout projects (planned)
Requirements (Must have):
- minimum 3 years SAP experience (preferably in application operation but development or consulting would be ok, too)
- expert in one of the modules above
- know how in at least one other module
- ABAP knowledge would be an advantage
- customer-focussed
- able to work under pressure
- self-reliant
- initiative
- being proactive
- willingness to do operative work
- languages: German & English
