Für unseren Kunden in Köln suchen wir ab sofort einen Supporter (m/w) in workplace topics für die voraussichtliche Dauer von 3 Monaten mit Option auf Verlängerung

Services:
- Handling of product evaluation process for software, as far as workplace is involved, alignment with other departments.

The scope of the mission is:
Backfilling an internal employee with the following tasks:
- attending meetings with clients and internal staff
- clarification on client-requests for implementation of new SW
- documentation of the different steps during the evaluation process
- check on alignment to customer´s security and compliance rules
- attending testcenter activities
- task-mgmt within customer-tools according to the evaluation-process

Requirements:
- Good English knowledge
- user-knowledge for Windows-7 and MS-Office
- tactical documentation experience
- experience in workflow-based processes
- communication skills
- team-oriented
