Skills:> Expertise in Windows 7 Operating Systems and Windows Server 2008 R2: Knowledge of registry, File Structure.
> Expert level knowledge with Flexera Install Shield software suite and Microsoft App-V 5.0 and when this solution can be applied to an application and when NOT.
> Ability to create Software installation document with Test plan.
> Experience in Process automation - Automating MSI and App-V Package creation and installation.
> Knowledge on creation of Merge modules, Patches and Packaging Customization.
> Ability to architect & design the solution, create a plan to execute (roadmap), and build the solution is required (end to end implementation ability including hands-on development of the solution)
> Proficient knowledge and ability to develop an MSI package/APPV Package.
> Knowledge of IT Infrastructure and client server applications
> Knowledge on Frontrange DSM 7, Citrix Xenapp, Powershell and Vbscripting, Orca, Picture taker, Procmon etc.
> Working knowledge of Windows Registry, File System, Services, ODBC, COM Objects, Devices, Security.
> good German and English language skills
Soft Skills:
> Ability to work independently and prioritize work with minimal supervision
> Ability to communicate clearly and effectively- in German and English
> Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast paced support environment
> Experience and proven track record in forming relationships with internal customers
