Ihre Aufgaben:
- Establish yearly purchasing budget plan and cost reduction plan for several locations
- Maintain the processes to be compliant with the global procedures in purchasing to meet TS 16949 requirements
- Review and supervise purchase order placement process to meet the company and legal requirements
- Establish goals and objectives for each individual member of the purchasing team to achieve the required results for the budget
- Set training and carrier plan for each member of purchasing team
- Supporting improvement of working capital management
- Achieve supplier PPM target set up for actual year
- Monthly monitoring and reporting of supplier performance
Ihre Qualifikation
- Professional experience in an international company in the automotive industry
- Experience in project business
- Strong relationship capabilities and communication skills
- Fluency in German and English
