We are currently looking for a PMO Processes & Tools Expert with 3 years experience (m/f) who is familiar with large scale IT projects for our client in Bavaria. Duties & Responsibilities: Schedule management: consolidate the Program schedule based on individual input from the project teams, consolidate and align the schedule based on weekly status updates by the teams, prepare necessary management reports Resource management: consolidate resource demands from the project teams, align the demand with the resource pool owners in business units, facilitate the resolution of resource constraints and necessary schedule adjustments Scope tracking: maintain the list of Program deliverables, track their completion, facilitate the preparation of necessary documentation for Project Management milestone approval decisions at the end of each of the project phase Compilation and update of the Project Plan reflecting the updates of individual components (scope baseline, program schedule, resource plan, major risks and issues) Program information management system in SharePoint and document repository in ShareNet IMS: maintain the structure of the Program information management system, implement different logs (risks & issues log, decisions & escalations log, change log, action items log, scope baseline) and associated workflows in SharePoint Development and maintenance of project report templates: maintain project status report template, automate aggregation of reports through macros Skills & Experience: Advanced skills in the following SW MS Project: Good skills in MS Project (Version 2010) MS Excel: Very good skills in Excel (Version 2007 and 2010). Complex formulas, VLOOKUPs, Pivot tables, Conditional formatting within and across sheets; basic macro knowledge is an advantage MS PowerPoint: Basic knowledge is sufficient. Knowledge of ThinkCell (Plug in) is an advantage MS SharePoint: Good knowledge in SharePoint. Mainly document libraries, lists, permissions. Advanced knowledge (workflows, etc.) is an advantage. Familiar with MS Outlook, WebEx, phone bridges, instant messaging tools Experience of working in a PMO, preferably in a large scale IT project Knowledge of Project Management processes Ability to work in a complex, multi national project environment Fluent in English, written and spoken Ability to consolidate inputs from various people to one consistent view (mainly in Excel + e mail input) Experience in IT projects (SAP) is an advantage Do you see yourself in this highly interesting role?
