PeopleSoft DeveloperBeing part of the development team responsible for the migration from PeopleSoft 8.3 to the global PeopleSoft 9.1 system.
Responsibility includes business analysis of current requirements, creating functional specifications and development.
We have learned from a recent interview that the Business Analysis part is just as important as the technical part, maybe even slightly more important, i.e. we can also offer a functional consultant with good development skills. A developer without any Business Analysis skills would not be a perfect match.
Wir suchen in dieser Runde nach einem Subunternehmer und können von jetzt an nur noch Berater berücksichtigen, die aktuell bei anderen Firmen (z.B. Beratungshäusern oder Agenturen) fest angestellt sind.
Alternativ auch möglich, der/die Berater/in hat eine eigene GmbH, oder UG
Anforderung:
PeopleSoft Development Tools (PeopleCode) +++ (good), 2-4 yrs.
PeopleSoft HRMS ++++ (excellent), > 4 yrs.
Technical Skills (Must Have):
Solid knowledge of PeopleSoft HRMS version 8.3 (current environment) and PeopleSoft 9.x
Excellent analytical and development skills in an Enterprise environment
Solid knowledge and experience of People Tools version 8.19.01 and 9.x
Good experience of application engine programming with component interface
Work with a very strong security and audit mindset
Strong team player
Good communication skills
Technical Skills (Nice to Have):
Experience in Agile methodology
Language skills:
Fluent in German and English (spoken and written) (must have)
