We are looking for a PMO Banking (Financial Regulatory environment).Location: Frankfurt a. Main
Duration: by arrangement
Responsibilities/Tasks:
Responsible for defining business requirements in partnership and collaboration with the business and obtaining sign-off
Ensuring the creation of supporting documentation e.g. Project Requirement Document, Terms of Reference
Liaising with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders as appropriate as the business/functional counterpart for solution identification
Reviews business case(s) outlining cost impacts and value drivers of proposed solutions
Responsible for Quality Assurance of project deliverables
Supports the prioritization of change requests
Experience/Exposure:
To stem from a Banking background required.
Experience in working upon financial/regulatory reporting projects is mandatory, ideally in the environment “Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act”
PMO expertise. In. depth, raid logs, risk management, tracking, creating grab packs, chasing management for information creating minutes from meetings, creating complex presentations, and documentation – i.e. this should be your master competency
To have secured any formal qualifications such as ITIL or Prince2
Maturity and persuasiveness to engage in business dialogue and support stakeholders
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in English (written/verbal)
Basic German knowledge (min) fluency would be of advantage
Advanced knowledge in MS Office products
Excellent Powerpoint presentation preparation skills
