Beschreibung
For following duties we are searching for a IT Systems Administrator (m/f):User Management Service comprises of the management of all central user- and user group authorizations EMEA wide which cannot be automated including remote access rights. Incident- and Problem management is handled by the Service as well.
Key Accountabilities
- 3rd level incident and problem management in all User Management Service Areas
- Order management, Change with contribution in Design and Build activities
- Documentation of all installations, changes, processes and product releases, CMDB updates
- Support upcoming design requests with infrastructure and network specific operational knowhow
- Communication with customer, application development and global project teams
- Downtime management within predefined downtime windows
- Daily Administration of all service-relevant systems and services
- Partly attendance in service-related projects with specific operational knowhow
General
- User Management Administration based on MS Windows 2008 R2/2012 platforms and Active Directory
- Fluent English in spoken and written form
- Able to consult on technical designs and new features
Required Experience/Knowledge:
- MCSE Certifications
- Knowledge in Scripting
- Documentation skills
- Unix Administration Knowledge
- Administration and troubleshooting of Windows User Administration
- Strong understanding of Active Directory
- Knowledge of following software components which are used within User Management Service:
- Oracle
- Exchange
- SAP
- RSA AM Server
- Security Explorer
- Customer specific applications
- Excellent knowledge and troubleshooting skills on Windows Server 2008, 2008R2, 2012
- Knowledge and experience of managing and maintaining NTFS
- Good understanding and troubleshooting of Active Directories
