We have offices in London (HQ), New York, Jacksonville Florida, Frankfurt and Singapore.
Role: We currently have the need to hire a PMO Analyst on a consultancy basis to work in Frankfurt on a Regulatory Reporting Programme.
Due to the geographical location of the role, we seek a fluent German/English speaking EU Citizen who lives in commuting distance of Frankfurt as we are not seeking to pay any travel or accommodation costs.
The ideal candidate has worked upon Regulatory driven projects - specifically involving FATCA within the Banking arena. Following graduation (in an IT/Computing subject) has worked for a consultancy firm providing services to the Financial Sector or directly with a Bank or Financial Institution in the capacity of Senior PMO Analyst or Project Co-Ordinator

Duties:
Will handle tracking activities as well as the progress of a number of work streams.
Will work with the business and project users in a number of geographical locations, agreeing planning and progress reporting.
Will maintain Risk & Issue Registers and Raid Logs
Will co-ordinate project meetings
Will plan and organise presentations and training sessions
Must be accustomed to working with Dash Boards and Raid Logs
Good user of MS Office, Visio, (possibly MS Project) and possibly SharePoint
Will set up new projects and assist users maintaining plans
Will be accountable for maintaining documentation
Will use version controls for updates and changes.
ITIL or Prince2 qualification a benefit.
This role will suit a German/English speaking, proactive EU Citizen who is able to work with minimum supervision, who possesses excellent verbal and written English/German commu-nication skills further complimented by excellent stakeholder skills. They also need to pos-sess bags of common sense and initiative. Able to multi task and meet tight deadlines. He/she will be expected to maintain and update programme documentation and publish up-dates, and will also need to enforce the use of change management tools and methodologies. They also need to offer experience of working on large programmes.
