Role:Performance Test Manager eCommerce Systems
· Level:Manager
· Reportsto: Digital Marketing Director at client
· Responsibility:
- Define a detailed plan for the execution of thePerformance Test Process Analysis and Improvement
- Define and agree with key businessstakeholders regarding the performance targets
- Define Performance Test Concept and agree on it withkey stakeholders
- Make recommendation regarding the PerformanceTest tools needed to run the test
- The tests should be repeatable (and if possibleautomated)
-Identify and summarise the existing performance problems
-Ensure the creation of Defects regarding these performance issues.
-Verify why the existing problems have not been found during previous tests
-Assist development teams in the recreation of these defects in a testenvironment
-Coordinate the retesting of these defects and give approval for launch of thesefixes in production
- Define a mitigation plan to avoid future performance issues fromoccurring in the production environment
- Assist analyse new features andbuild suitable performance tests for these features
· Supervisionresponsibility: Will coordinate work between different suppliers (exact numberTBD)
· Application& Technology focus: eCommerce Systems, Hybris, Web App, iOS application
· Language:German, English – working in international environment
· Location:Wuppertal Area
· Clientindustry: Consumer Goods
· Duration:full time April – end of 2015 (at least three months with possible extensionbased on project plan)
· Possibilityto partly work from remote: 10-20%
