For our customer we are currently looking for a Process Expert (m/w) to establish a global Shared Service Center organization.
Your tasks:
- Preparation of a detailed transition plan for the respective process area
- Functional support of the transition activities during the transition
- Responsible for knowledge transfer between local organization and SSC for the processes area
- Coordination of a team up to 10 persons conducting transition of one or two processes
- Detailed validation of as-is and to-be processes mapping; identification of local specifics
- Performing of fit-gap analyses between as-is and to-be processes
- Identification of process risks and development of adequate counter measure
- Ensure compliance with the defined standard processes incl. usage of automation technologies
- Responsible for answering process-related questions during the transition
- Preparing of detailed description and documentation of to-be processes within the global process model
- Preparation, coordination and conduction of the process training for SSC employees
- Support and quality assurance of the documentation of processes
- Maintenance of process specific templates and documents (process documentation, forms)
Your profile:
- Good knowledge of at least one of the accounting processes (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets and General Ledger); knowledge of more than one process desired
- Good understanding of SAP FI
- Strong abilities with regards to project management
- Fluent German language skills
- Good English language skills verbally and in writing, additional language skills desired
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- First experience in team management will be a bonus
