Assist the EMEA Project Management team during the project life cycle from initiation to completion. Responsibilities will also include resource administration and Customer liaison.-Assist the Project Management team with administration duties required during the installation of electronical products and services.
-To assist the Project Management team in Customer Liaison. Ensuring Project Management absences are covered in regards to taking and/or passing on messages.
-Schedule, facilitate and attend Project meetings. This will be on both an internal and external basis. Assistance in taking Meetings minutes will also be part of this responsibility.
-Provide administration and upkeep of internal software systems, covering project KPI's and other utilities.
-Technician Timesheet administration and reporting. Liaise with the Project Management team in regards to accuracy and approval, whilst ensuring records are kept.
-Provide administration assistance to the installation Resource management team. Generating graphs and drawings to illustrate Resource allocation and forecasted requirements.
-Assist with other Operations Department duties, as necessary.
- Candidate will possess a college degree and strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a high pressure and dynamic environment and to be available for work on weekends and holidays
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Products, specifically Excel and Word is considered a plus.
-Must be fluent in German and English and demonstrate the flexibility to travel throughout the EMEA region.
