Aufgabe:o Support Unica centric Campaign Management
o Support marketing campaigns across multiple channels including direct mail, e-mail and telemarketing
o Perform basic operations tasks including monitoring, housekeeping, regular restarts, job scheduling
o Perform daily tasks including data manipulations, reports, analysis and troubleshooting
o Give support to our end users
o Analyze campaign and recommend changes resp. improvements
o Incident resolution and bugfixing
o hange Managements and regular deployments
o Author and maintain documentation
Anforderung:
o Strong experience with Unica
o Linux, Shell Scripting and Oracle know-how
o Ability to research and resolve problems
o High service and customer orientation
o Work in a team environment and establish productive user relationship
o German and English language skills
