Task:- Installing and maintenance of Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Active Directory (ca. 400 User)
- Helpdesk 1st Level und 2nd Level Support
Requirements (Must have):
- Experience in 1st Level and 2nd Level Support
- Very good knowledge of Windows XP, Windows 7, Active Directory
- Basic knowledge of Network Technology, System Administration, SAP
- Good knowledge of Englisch, German, French
