System Requirements Engineer (m/f)

Aufgaben:
Currently we are looking for a system requirements engineer (m/f) in the automotive sector.

Your tasks:
+ collect, analyze and create system requirements and ensure completeness and consitency
+ negotiate performance specification with customer and create functional concepts
+ document and manage requirements in DOORS
+ validate requirements - check that document requirements meet stakeholder needs
+ establish bidirectional traceability
+ set priorities for implementation of customer requirements and support technical project manager in monitoring the development progress
+ support technical risk assessment and change management with technical project manager and local R&D team
+ propose technical solutions, in cooperation with design and implementation engineers from hardware, software, mechanical design, testing.
+ create and provide customer specific technical documentation and material for explanation
+ propose counter measures or alternative solutions in case of identified deviations.

Anforderungen:
+ degree in Electrical Engineering , Computer Science or similar studies
+ working experience in automotive industry or embedded system development
+ good understanding of vehicle automotive E/E system with good electrical and electronic background
+ experience in requirements engineering/management process
+ experience with requirements management tool such as Telelogic DOORS
+ familiar with basic automotive development/quality process
+ good written and oral communication skills in English, able to clearly and concisely communicate technical information
+ ability to work in distributed global team environment
+ ability to commit and take the initiative
