brief project description: Support ongoing effort for documenting and improving processes and IT systems. As part of the Knowledge Management initiative, all processes in SCM need to be put into a suitable documentation and training format.
In this case, support in the area of production planning and detailed scheduling is requested. In addition, enhancement and small projects to improve the planning process and tools (based on SAP APO PP/DS) are being designed and implemented.
