Task:One project manager is needed for Atos global key client in engineering and electronics sector and head quarter in Germany. Next Generation Mobile is a sub-project of the currently already ongoing Customer Service Program (CRM backend) and has been set-up in order to create a new mobile solution for the user groups Customer Service Engineers and CS Application Specialists.
- Setup of the project and the organization of the project team
- Identification of key-stakeholder for the project team
- Assurance of timely input from the external partner;
- Request of timely input from the Customer as set forth in the to be defined corporation?s duties
- Regular communication on progress status to the Steering Committee Management of the external partner project team;
- Management and escalation of open issues;
- Supervision of the project risk management;
- Supervision of the Quality Management within the project and support of the customers Quality Management Systems;
- Controlling and reporting the project progress to the customers NGM project manager;
- Supervision of testing
Requirements (Must have):
Senior Project Manager who successfully implemented comparable mobile projects (e.g. number of users, complexity of workflow, Multilanguage capability, mission criticality of mobile solution). The Senior Project Manager needs to have extensive experience and know-how with realization of projects including agile development projects and as well as managing the multi sourced delivery with at least mobility know-how and in best case with SAP Mobile Platform 3.0 know-how. Knowledge about business processes in the area of SAP CRM and SAP ERP with the design of use cases is a plus. The senior project manager needs to prepare a master plan for the implementation and roll-out project. The senior project manager shall also be responsible for the rollout strategy, the rollout plan and rollout management. The senior project manager needs to communicate messages to the customer with a consistent picture subject to an internal picture. Additionally skills about agile project methodology, consulting regarding mobility development and mobility architecture as well as knowledge about supporting the design and build phase from the technical point of view with applications are welcome.
