Für unseren Kunden aus dem Versicherungsumfeld in Köln suchen wir ab sofort einen erfahrenen Interimsmanager (m/w) IT Betrieb mit Erfahrung im Konzernumfeld.Aufgaben:
- Disciplinary and professional leadership of members of staff in the Workplace Engineering
• Close co-operation with our clients' Workplace officer
• Presentation and co-ordination of new technologies and solutions with the units involved and at the clients (Executive Level)
• Further development of implemented solutions in the areas Windows Client, Mobile Device Management, Virtualization and Workplace Cloud Services
• Ensure operation of a.m. solutions (3rd level)
• Strategic development of the department in consideration of local, regional and global Workplace strategy
• Close collaboration with international colleagues
• Management of priorities within the team and supervision of distribution of tasks for standard operation and projects
• Leadership and management of project activities in respect of requirements, results and management of resources
• Providing service-oriented customer liaison and support
skills:
You are highly interested in observing the development of the digital IT market and show a sound engagement in implementing technical innovations
• Your skills include knowledge and understanding of workplace technologies and building blocks. You are very interested in

• Experience in dealing with the implemented technologies (Windows 7 / 8, CM12, o385, Airwatch) would be an advantage
• You have a good grasp of business management contexts
• You have already worked successfully as a manager and / or project leader
• You have strong leadership qualities which are particularly evident in your customer-, performance- and team-oriented approach to your work
• You have the ability to motivate staff and show them opportunities for advancement; in doing so, the feedback culture is an integral part of your style of leadership
• You are solution-oriented. The way you think and work is characterised by your keen skills of
perception and your pragmatism
• You have entrepreneurial creative drive and a sense of personal responsibility
• You have diplomatic skills, strong negotiation skills and a high degree of ability to assert yourself
• You can communicate at all corporate levels (staff / management board) on a well-founded basis and explain complex matters clearly
• You are happy to work in an international environment in which you can apply your business fluent command of written and spoken English
