In the customer department "Industrial Services", the person will be in charge of Industrial PC operations suppor. Sites of operation: Hamburg, Buxtehude, Stade, Bremen.Tasks:
- Study and validate device solution (for example industrial computers, rugged laptops or tablets, chart by data acquisition or chart of seizure of reinforcement) in order to provide a catalogue of solutions to the businesses.
- Provide the support to the teams of project and architecture. Give guidance in terms industrial activities.
- Manage operation of the industrial devices or out of the standard configurations: Installation, support and daily administration and management of life cycle.
- Provide the expertise on request to the businesses for the special installations or the needs for detail.
- Point of contact for the business, for all Industrial PC needs.
- Validate all business requests for Industrial PC activity.
- Follow subcontractor team operation activities, will be the level 3 for incidents and escalation.
- Direct report to Industrial PC support Germany responsible, will be his backup when he will not be at work.
- Active participation to Security projects (W7 migration, XP PC Secure, other Security rules )
- The work place is Hamburg, some trips to the other locations could be necessary.
Languages : German/English mandatory
Good knowledge of Windows Operating System and hardware PC.
