For one of our clients we are looking for a freelance employee or employees for permanent employment that meets the following requirements:Parameters:

Description:
Prioritize, plan and confirm work efforts to support business and security program requirements
Document and maintain project plan
Regular reporting of status, planned tasks, risk, issues, dependencies and required decisions
Assess work efforts and record lessons learnt
Perform a detailed assessment of existing the compliance program
Identify compliance gaps and advise on gap resolution
Develop and document a compliance program, including:
1. Definition of an efficient compliance strategy
2. Roles and Responsibilities
3. Compliance implementation prioritization (e.g. risk based) and timelines
4. Control implementation, measurement, monitoring and auditing
5. Compliance process implementation, including exceptions
6. Consequence Management
7. Compliance management of suppliers
Close alignment with IS Risk Management, IS Policy Framework and Process and Operating Model projects
Align with overall program transformation plan
Support and align with other security projects & subprojects
Perform alignment with change management, communications and training & awareness
Investigate and advise on tool support for the execution of compliance activities
Requirements:
5+ years’ working experience specifically including information security
Experience in project management
Experience in Compliance and Auditing
Experience in Risk Management
Knowledge and experience of Industry Standards, including:
ISO27001:2013
ISO27002:2013
ISO27005
ISF Standard of Good Practice for Information Security 2014
Broad understanding of Information Security
Good English speaking, reading and writing skills (documentation language is English)
German speaking, reading and writing skills
