We are looking for a candidate for the extension of the Market Data Management Content Configuration Team in Stockholm. The candidate will be in close contact with the business requestors to analyze the data requirements and will afterwards be responsible for the implementation and deployment of the data feed. The candidate will be part of a team of feed developers in the locations Stockholm, Amsterdam and Hamburg. The underlying Market Data Management system is an inhouse develop system with an existing framework for feed development based on XML.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
-Analyse market and fundamental data source in close contact with the business departments for requirements gathering
- Transformation and upload of the data source with inhouse developed framework based on XML
- Running user acceptance for the feed and guidance of the acceptors.
- Requirement specification for possible required extensions of the framework or the system.
- User and desk support for the Market Data Management system front ends (Excel and Web-GUI).
- Being the first contact person for end users in Stockholm
- Maintenance of feeds and guarantee deliveries of productive feeds also in morning shifts
Minimum requirements:
- Existing experience in Market Data Management systems and the Market Data for the Energy Market.
- Candidate needs to be able to work independently with a strong delivery driven approach.
- Business analyst skills are required to be able to understand business processes, relate them to test requirements while focussing on most value creating activities.
- Very good experience in IT database systems. Configuration and development including SQL, XML and Visual Basic for Application (VBA). Experience in software development are good but not required.
- Very good experience in Microsoft Excel
- Relevant University degree within the areas of IT and/or Business Administration
