- Lead a Team based at Onsite & Offshore

- Prepare Weekly Service Delivery Report
- Handle & Manage escalation
- Write Root Cause Analysis Document
- Evaluate new features and tools to address expending business requirements such as those generated to support globalization across the extended international customer base Individual Contributor
- Lead problem resolution during critical situations and drive service improvements plans though focused review of delivery
- E-Directory concepts and hands on about user access, rights and trustees
- Developing and establishing standards, best practices and provide expert guidance for the teams
Erforderliches Know-How:
- Sound knowledge in Netware 6.5 sp8 & Sles 11,OES2 & OES 11
- Knowledge and work experience in Novell clustering service(NCS) & NSS concepts
- CNE Certification
- Strong knowledge on IT Operation (Project Management Experience)
- Familiar in CIFS concepts and good hands on CIFS
- Strong Working knowledge in enterprise environment
- Knowledge on admin tools like iManager, ConsoleOne, AdRem, RconIP and NRM
Nice to Have:
- Microsoft certification (MCSA) and/or Cisco certification (CCNA)
