For one of our Clients we are looking for a Project Manager Retail with SAP experience (m/w).1. Workstream with Verticalization program - definition and implementation of automatic replenishment
- Tasks: support pre-study phase within workstream Verticalization / replenishment. Define goals for replenishment after assortment analysis & short-term solution determination.
2. Expansion of retail business to Poland
- Tasks: manage various workstreams to enable expansion to Poland. These IT workstreams involve e.g. introduction of set up of legal entities, introduction of Zloty in all SAP systems, article pricing in Zloty, set up of cash registers (incl. fiscalization), HR implementation, etc. (one or two trips to Poland possible)
Skills:
- Management of large-sized projects
- Management of medium/large-sized workstreams within a project
- Management of project planning, steering and control (budget, scope, time)
- Drive cost-/benefits analyses, resource planning and risk analysis
- International Retail/wholesale Background
- Management and maintenance of project management documentation (project hand book, meeting minutes, status overviews, etc.)
- Support/drive in creating decision documents & attend in SteerCo Meetings
- Project reporting to direct management and/or stakeholders on tactical Level
- Knowledge of english language is a must
- Analytical skills (for e.g. assortment analysis)
- Knowledge of international SAP environments (SAP Retail, AFS is a plus)
- Knowledge of polish language is a plus
