- Experience in Trouble Ticket System (HP Service Manager), Knowledge of service management processes based on ITIL, Experience with SLA-oriented way of working, handling ticket system
- Development of technical concepts, strategy paper and quality assurances
- Fluent English in spoken and written form
- Able to consult on technical designs and new features
