We are currently recruiting for our client, a Global Telecommunications Organisation for Survey Cluster Coordinator to join their project in Germany.Position Title: Survey Cluster Coordinator
Position Type: Contract

Position Description:
- Within the role as Survey Cluster Coordinator, the assigned resource is responsible for the execution of site surveys within the NEMO I Project according to committed volumes on regional level.
- The purpose of the role Survey Cluster Coordinator is the full responsibility for the planning, execution and coordination of all regional site surveys according to the Master Cluster Plan and the timely and correct delivery of the site survey results.
Key tasks:
- The key tasks of the role Survey Cluster Coordinator are:
- Map site survey schedule to Master Cluster Plan
- Assign required ASP teams to execute site surveys
- Participate site surveys during project ramp up phase and support ASP’s with latest information and scope of work
- Responsible for timely execution of site surveys and delivery of results such as site sketches, red line drawings, equipment list etc.
- Responsible for handover sites passed site survey to the Swap Cluster Coordinator
- Responsible for clarification of blocking issues discovered during site survey with project planning team (e.g. landlord, BNetzA, site deficiencies, etc)
- Secure PR/PO process kept for site survey ordering
Required skills and experience:
- Good knowledge and understanding of systems technology installed onsite
- ery good understanding about tools used (Site handler, START, Sapherion, PPLUS, etc)
- Good understanding about network structure
- Very good understanding about project organization for network modernization and established contacts
- Very good knowledge about subcontractor market in assigned region
- Good knowledge about site infrastructure and civil works proceeding
- Very strong managing and coordination skills
- Very good communication skills in English and German (written and spoken)
Reporting:
The Cluster Survey Coordinator, will have the following reporting guidelines:
Regional Project Manager
Regional Cluster Survey Team Lead
Status reporting and routine meeting with regional project staff
Dependencies:
The Cluster Survey Coordinator will have dependencies to the following sub projects and supporting functions:
Project Manager Planning and Design
Project Manager Network Integration
Project Manager KPI Acceptance and Tuning
