Civil Works/Baukoordinator - Survey/Civil/Budget
Calling all German speaking Civil Works experts! Our client who are a global leader in Telecommunications managed services are currently looking for a number of Civil Works SME's to join their offices based in Stuttgart. Have you ever been a Civils Coordinator/Site Acqusition Manager/
Construction Manager within the civil works sector? If so, then this role may be the perfect step up for you!
Duties & Responsibilities
On a day to day basis the ideal candidate will be doing the following:
- Creating of the drawings in coordination with customer for clarification with the owner
- Coordination of appointments for planning the meetings
- Identification and documentation of existing defects
- Provide all necessary documents for the construction site
- Verification of certifications on the items ordered for the site
- Examination and classification of the final site documentation as specified
Candidate Skills & Requirements
The person who will be right for the job will possess the following qualities:
- Building surveyor/Civil engineer with appropriate mobile experience
- Proof of altitude capability
- Evidence of high-altitude rescue training
- Proof of first aider training
- Fluent German speaking skills
