skills:
Hands -on experience in construction, configuration, testing and commissioning of Cisco UCC (IPT ) Solutions ( CUCM version 10.x ), Cisco Video, Cisco Contact Centre
Skill level: Minimum CCNP Voice, desirable - CCIE
Tasks u.a:
build a complete Cisco IPT environment ( CUCM, CUPS, Unity Connection and all relevant subsystems)
Structure/access Cisco Video Conferencing
Structure/access Cisco Contact Center
Connection to other sub- systems via encrypted SIP Trunk
Integration of dealers system via SIP Trunk
Connection to the existing Siemens PBX Unify Opernscape
Design and encryption of Migration Gateway
Structure/Audio Conference Connection Cisco or other
Establishment of subsystems:
Manager assistant function. Fax Server, reporting, etc.
Structure/connection of end systems:
DECT, smartphones
Integration Fi
Voice Recording Trade phones using the build-in Bridge
Numbering Plan
Implementation of Encryption request
Support connection to other systems (LDAP, Lync, IVR, ... ), Exchange, Sharepoint, Citrix/Virtual Desktop, Virtual app, and on Windows 7/XP clients
