Task:
- Define, develop & implement automated model based test environment/framework for functional application-software-testing using model-in-the-loop (MIL) approach on PC level (off-line simulation in Simulink) for unit and integration testing.
- Define & select structural software test tools in order to be compliant to ISO26262, ASIL B
- Implement representative test cases in order to verify initial test environment
- Train software test engineers to use the automated test environment
- Consider formal software programming guidelines and quality metrics
- Interact with Software Architect, Project Manager, Controls System Engineer, other Algorithm-Design-Engineers to define & coordinate interfaces, functional software content & requirements
- Develop and run non-formal functional software tests on desk level using simulation methods

Requirements (Must have):
- Successfully completed engineering degree in control engineering or similar
- Knowledge of applied model based programming & quality guidelines, e.g. MAAB, MISRA for Simulink
- Knowledge of automotive embedded systems, software processes and tools
- Experience with model based system simulation for algorithm development and test
- Experience with model based test automation tools for Simulink, e.g. TPT (Piketec)
- Tool experience with : Doors, SystemDesk, TargetLink, Autosar, Simulink
- E-Mobility, power electronics background (e.g. inverter control)
- At least 3 years automotive experience in model based development of production software using Simulink
