For one of our clients we are looking for a Service ManagerMain task:
• Candidate will provide expertise regarding service provision, SLA, relationship models and organisational management models
Required Skills:
• Knowledge of Service Manager Tools
• Knowledge of business applications
• Knowledge of Project economical control
• ITIL certification
• Experience of at least 8 years in complex technological environments.
• Experience of at least 4 years in projects related to the sector.
• Experience in leading and motivating large teams (> 25 people)
• Leadership and motivation.
• Commitment and involvement with the customer.
