Role:Projekt Lead, Set-up for Base Infrastructure and Governance/ Processes around the Business Rule Engine (BRE)
Tasks:
• Conduct Discovery Phase (jointly with the umbrella programme) to finalize the vendor roles and responsibilities and the efforts for the Business Rule Engine Set-up and the Offering Engine implementation. Align the WBS, Plan, Commitment on resources for both projects (umbrella programme and BRE Platform) including involvement and staffing of Vendor
• Design/ Build Platform for short term needs in terms of Development/ Execution/ Operational Architecture (i.e. small footprint).
• Run development/ test/ production environment for BRE for 2015
• Write BRE Platform Ops Manual
• Define/ Implement User & Access Rights (Generic Framework + first set-up for Business Modell Offering)
• Design and document Rule sets/ BRE Do’s and don’ts in rule implementation, structuring etc.. Implement first structure (but not the content) for the BRE
• Establish governance, IT competency centre, operations. Define processes roles & responsibilities. Initial set-up
