Our customer is looking for a resource who supports the hypercare period after introducing new sales and distribution planning processes in SAP (BI, SAP Retail and AFS) as part of a verticalization project.Support the business teams in handling the daily supply&demand processes
Solid supply chain process understanding: from masterdata set up, order creation to goods issue
Analysis of issues and root cause definition, incl. definition of process set up and/or functional specifications
Ability to manage small groups as well as to work individually
Up to 3 years relevant experience in the specific subject and/or modules
Execution of 2nd level support for a specific solution and/or module
Drive process solution definition within existing IT architectural integration (functionally & technically) SAP AFS, module MM or SD
SAP Retail
Excel and or access
Proper English and German
