Tätigkeit:We are looking for experienced service managers (f/m) to support our business security team on site with projects in the IT security field relating to one of the following: establishing a core public key infrastructure operation, establishing secure email operation or ensuring secure usage of smartcard and data at rest encryption operation. You will be interacting with business partners, crypto engineering, IT, and other business or infrastructure applications. You will be responsible for delivering IT security projects, by defining and managing adequate project plans. This includes but is not limited to keeping track of deliverables, milestones, risks and issues as well as preparing and documenting team meetings and meetings with senior management to discuss the current status and plan next steps. Furthermore, you will support establishing an adequate support and operation model. The following skills and experience are required: strong technical background and thorough understanding of technology, good understanding of IT security and cryptography, experience with the structured gathering and documentation of business and technical requirements and ability to plan and track the implementation of requirements as part of a project, advanced analytical skills and attention to detail, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and ability to build strong working relationships at all levels, excellent communication skills with the ability to succinctly communicate requirements to all stakeholders, excellent English and German language skills as well as strong collaborative and interpersonal skills, independent, flexible and proactive work style with a strong delivery track record and ability to work in virtual teams and in matrix organizations as well as the ability to work in fast paced environments. The project starts on the 12th of January 2015 and ends on the 31st of March 2015 (extension possible).
