Deskside Support, VIP Support, Windows 7, Email clients, laptops, Desktops, printer issues and set-up of mobile devices, German
We are urgently looking for a Deskside Support consultant for a 8 Months assignment in Munich, Germany starting ASAP.
Job description:
- To manage the support for all deskside service incidents/requests through to successful completion and user satisfaction using support tools.
- To regularly review performance and trends in response to incidents/requests of all types and to provide recommendations to the Team Lead for service improvement.
- Fully experienced within Windows 7, Email clients, laptops, Desktops, printer issues and set-up of mobile devices ie blackberry, iphones, etc
- To act as a point of escalation between the business and SMO
- To work with vendors and/or customer to ensure deskside service teams are supporting the business, reporting correct figures and adhering to SLA's.
- VIP Support experience, being able to communicate with all stakeholder regardless of level.
- To work with vendors and/or customer to ensure all centrally managed images are applicable to the needs of the business and that all applications are appropriately packaged and ready for use.
- Regular updating of customer's Knowledgebase for systems and processes.
- Fluent German Speaker is a Must.
