SAP FI/CO Support consultant.
Our Client is searching for junior/medior SAP FI/CO consultant. You will be responsible for the integrity of processes in production
Maintaining & Ensuring change and transport controls are fully tested
Ensuring that Change doesn't destabilize production
Maintain End to End process validation across web/social/mobile and transactional systems
1st line of support for help desk
Accountable for building and enhancing testing library using leading tools for test automation and performance testing
Dealing with Day to Day support requests
Investigating issues, troubleshooting, identifying root cause, resolve issues across functional modules within the region
Identifying Opportunities for Change
Flag recurring issues that add to the support burden
Participate in TQA Quality Management to identity and help reduce recurring issues
Work closely with Training
Localization of Training Material, Documents and User Interaction in Languages on Screen and in documentation
You will have 2-3 years SAP FI/CO experience with support expertise.
1 year minimum of SAP PS experience.
German and English speaking is a MUST.
