Our international operating client is currently looking for an IT Supporter (m/f) for a project in Munich.Project description/ tasks:
- To manage all day to day desktop activities: IMAC, PC imaging, software distribution, patch Management
- IT support for application installs, meeting room setup and ticket management in ServiceNow and IPM
- Communicate with key stakeholders to ensure proper urgency and prioritization of tasks across technical resources (German Language)
Required skills:
- Having good Lotus Notes experience, worked with Blackberry Configuration and BES and familiar with Cisco VOIP phone solutions
- Have prior Exposure of Patching Cables in the IDF room
- Have good experience of Windows 7 Migration from Windows XP and issues faced after Migration
- Good experience of using SCCM as a tool for Packaging and Distribution as well as of using Service-now tool as a Ticketing tool are desirable
Required languages: Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
