Beschreibung
Aufgabe:- SAP template upgrade project using SAP SLO services, analyze & resolve technical issues in SAP systems (including escalation to SAP AG)
- Plan, coordinate & execute changes in SAP BC area (remark: many changes will be implemented by data center support)
- Interface to data center support
- SAP system Monitoring
- SAP performance analysis/tuning
- Creation and enhancement of technical concepts
- Job management Authorization support
- Technical interface set up and management
Anforderung:
- Expert: Good understanding of SAP BC
- Expert: Strong communication, documentation and presentation skills in German- Expert: Strong in planning, organizing, structuring, tracking
- Advanced: SAP Transport Management System (TMS, CTS, (CTS+))
- Advanced: International SAP project experience and experience in release management
Umgebung/Sonstiges:
- full-time on-site, at least 4 days per week
