(IT Security) Project Manager DLP (m/w)
For our client we need an (IT Security) Project Manager DLP.
Chief Information Security Office is looking for an experienced project manager to run critical projects within the IT security area. Working closely with the in-house Information and IT security teams, Networks,
End User Services, and a number of subject matter experts, you will be responsible for delivering IT security projects, by
- documenting the existing processes for data protection handling, capturing new and changed requirements for re-design and tracking implementation,
- defining and managing adequate project plans e.g. including keeping track of deliverables, milestones, risks and issues as well as
- preparing and documenting team meetings and meetings with senior management to discuss the current status and plan next steps.
Project manager acts as senior presentation specialist with excellent skills to prepare senior management presentations and to prepare reports on current status of projects and tasks. As the projects are within the IT security area very good knowledge about the same is required.
Project Management
- Full life-cycle project management experience from project initiation, planning and execution to project closure
- Project and resource planning and management
- Managing one or more projects and be central contact for project teams
- Working with cross-departmental teams and stakeholders
- Plan, risk and issue tracking and management
- Running technical and non-technical projects
- Experience of using in-house project management tools (e.g. dbClarity) as well as MS Project
- PRINCE2 practitioner (or equivalent) qualified
IT Security
- Experience of working in an IT security environment and running IT security projects with multiple years’ experience in the field of IT security, information assurance, or IT auditing
- Understanding of IT security related products and technologies within the scope of Data Leakage Protection
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, or computer science preferred
- Preferred to have at least one of the following certifications: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM)
- Knowledge of project and portfolio management tools
Other
- Experience in understanding, defining and managing processes
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Good written and spoken English and German
- Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills
