Service Manager Smartcards and Encryption (m/w)
For our client we need Service Manager Smartcards and Encryption (m/w).
Chief Information Security Office (CISO) is looking for an experienced service manager to support the Business Security Team with critical projects to ensure secure usage of smartcard and data at rest encryption operation interfacing with the public key infrastructure and authentication solutions.
You will be interacting with our business partners, crypto engineering, IT, and other business or infrastructure applications. The candidate should provide a profound experience in gathering and documenting requirements. You will be responsible for delivering IT security projects, by defining and managing adequate project plans. This includes but is not limited to keeping track of deliverables, milestones, risks and issues as well as preparing and documenting meetings with the team and senior management to discuss the current status and plan next steps. Furthermore, you will support establishing an adequate operation model.
Project manager acts as senior presentation specialist with excellent skills to prepare senior management presentations and to prepare reports on current status of projects and tasks. As the projects are within the IT security area very good knowledge about the same is required.
Professional
- Strong technical background and thorough understanding of technology
- Good understanding of IT Security and Cryptography
- Experience with the structured gathering and documentation of business and technical requirements and ability to plan and track the implementation of requirements as part of a project
- Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and ability to build strong working relationships at all levels
- Excellent communication skills including attention to detail with the ability to succinctly communicate requirements to all stakeholders
- Experience in project management is preferred
General
- Excellent English and German language skills
- Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills
- Independent, flexible and proactive work style with a strong delivery track record and of being a self-starter
- Ability to work in virtual teams and in matrix organizations
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent
- Preferred to have at least one of the following
certifications: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM)
