Tätigkeit:For one of our clients from the finance sector we are looking for a project management office consultant (f/m). The position includes the following tasks: creation of management presentations, meeting organization and support, management of activities and issues, ensure effectiveness of scope and dependency management, identify and manage/mitigate project risks, support related to budget planning and forecasting, overview deviations between plan and actuals (budget controlling) and trigger appropriate measures in alignment with project manager and provide data for budget reporting on various levels of detail. Required skills: fluent English and German language skills, extensive experience with PowerPoint, excellent analytical and quantitative skills (e.g., experience with Excel/Pivots), extensive previous project experience and ability to manage project teams and to handle tight deadlines, high level of motivation, service orientation and ability to work independently as well as good people skills.
