Position - Customer Migration Manager
Responsibilities
-Providing Application support to the customers CSD's
-Helping CSD's to migrate onto T2S
-Planning upcoming issues
-Aiding T2S CSD migration in a co-ordinated manner.
-Taking care of user testing wave
What expertise and skills do we need?
*An accredited Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in business administration or business information systems with above-average results or successfully completed commercial training or a comparable professional qualification
*At least 5 years work experience - Long-standing professional experience with a CSD (or a comparable activity)
*In-depth knowledge of the functioning of securities platforms (eg CASCADE or ESES)
*Knowledge of the T2S project desirable
*Proven professional experience in the area of IT project management, in particular regarding the migration of IT systems as well as the implementation and use of message standards, most importantly ISO 20022
*A committed, customer-oriented personality with a high level of quality awareness, an alert mind and the ability to work in a team
*Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess complex issues and explain them concisely
*A confident manner and the ability to work independently
*User knowledge of SQL and SAS desirable
*Sound command of written and spoken English; additional language skills (German in particular) desirable
