Wanted: Project Coordinator
Project Manager/Project Coordinator
Standard project management with IT background and PM knowledge (PMI, DGPM), still to realize process improvements for our client's infrastructure provisioning using A3 methodology.
Create and execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the project. For services, coordinate delivery with delivery organization(s).
Review project deliverables and ensure they are of the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget in accordance with
the project plan.
Key deliverables expected:
-Meeting Management: Steering Committee, Project Status Meetings
-Documentation: Project Management Plan including,Schedule, Cost, and Scope, Project Status Reports, Risk/Issues/Actions
Repository, Project Closure Report
Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
Communication with internal stakeholders.
Project Accounting: progress reports.
Start: Januar 2015
Duration: 3 Monate ++
Location: Munich Area
