For our client in telecommunications we are looking for a Change Request Consultant/Analyst.
Start date: 08.12. or 15.12.2014
Duration: longterm (3 months roll-over contracts)

Project background
Because of an employee leaving our client is looking for a Change Request Consultant to support the team. Our client is responsible for the SAP landscape/system (20-30 SAP components) and the respective change requests.
The role is about to ensure the smooth and effective implementation of business as usual changes through the client´s landscape into production. The hands-on work is done through colleagues in India. During 4 releases/rollouts per year, there is some additional administration required as well as coordination with IBM, Accenture etc.
Work Details
First touch analysis of change for completeness of information
Deeper analysis of changes to understand risk profile, down time etc
All SOX Compliance steps completed
Presentation of changes to CAB (Change Advisory Board) 2 times a week
Documentation of all associated activity on Remedy 7
Responsible for chasing status of changes during testing
Associated reporting
Support/supervision of the SAP releases: coordination the suppliers/administration work
Essential Skills
ITIL
Remedy 7
Experience Required
Solid experience of change management on Remedy 7 (+ ability to create a report)
Good knowledge with change processes
Advantageous if this experience was within an SAP project environment/if you have SAP development concept knowledge
Experience working in a SOX compliant environment.
N2H: experience with SAP Transport Management
