Beschreibung
The IT Security Specialist will support IS Security department during a period of high workload with operational security related tasks. He/she will support the interaction between the security team and its constituency, within the IS organization and within the business. He/she assists in the interpretation of existing security controls and requirements based on existing IT security policies and standards and regulatory or contractual requirements (eg OSC), but also serves as a security expert in various technologies and platforms that affect infrastructure (such as applications, SAP system, DC LAN, messaging, incident and event monitoring systems, etc.) as well as the specific areas (cyber security, data privacy compliance; protection of information assets and systems from security threats) under the guidance of the IS Security Office.
Responsibilities include:
Security awareness
- Prepare, reviews and maintain material on current security topics
- Communicate, justify and enforce security requirements towards requestors
Security architecture and design
- Define security requirements for individual projects
- Review service and project requests for security implications; ensure security is sufficiently considered in projects
Operational security
- Review and respond to complex end user requests and queries
- Review and respond to Firewall change request
- Guide external partners for security services on adequate service delivery
- Participate in root cause analysis of security incidents
- Drive and follow up on remediation of identified security issues jointly with partners
Contracts are on a 3 month rolling basis
