The Company
Our client a global leading telecommunication provider is searching for an IMS Operations Lead (m/w) to start with immediate effect.
This position is based in Stuttgart and is offered with an initial 3-6 month contract with a view to extend.
Key Tasks:
- IMS node and dashboard monitoring
- Operational technical and management support
- On call SA rota
- 2nd & 3rd level support
- RCA & incident management
- Customer Service Request (fault reports) handling
- Architectural support and Configuration management
- Daily meeting updates
- Governance - with Customer 1st line
- Communication of planned changes to DT
- Improvement ideas
Knowledge/Experience:
- Sound understanding and knowledge on IMS Networks Architecture and routing protocols involved
- Knowledge on industry standards on reactive and proactive support
- Strong drive to further set up missing elements of Network Assurance Program
- Eagerness to improve existing services to achieve best in class quality
- Setting and agreeing strategic direction of the programme with all key stakeholders internally & externally
- Ability to perform day2day operations on both high & low level activities
- Clear & concise communication skills, ability to interact on C-Level stage
- On site presence close to 100%
Due to the nature of the role, a command of the German language is required (spoken and written).
