A leading IT Services business requires an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to join their team in Germany. The successful candidate will possess excellent customer facing skills and be fluent in both German & English. You will provide support, installations, moves and changes across Managed Service accounts, in line with SLA's and ensuring minimal disruption to IT Services. Server, laptop & desktops.
